Data Deletion at PULSO

1. Who can request it

• PULSO users (clinic staff), regarding their own account.
• Client clinics, regarding the data in their workspace.
• Patients or other individuals whose data PULSO processes on behalf of a clinic.
• People who submitted a business inquiry on getpulso.link.

2. How to submit a request

Write to contacto@getpulso.link with the subject "Data deletion". PULSO does not process deletion requests through forms on this page.

3. Minimum information required

• Your name and a means of contact.
• The related clinic, if applicable.
• The detail that allows us to locate the information, for example your account email or the phone number you used on WhatsApp.

Do not send full identity documents, health information or third-party data in your first message: if more information is needed, we will ask for it.

4. Identity verification

Before deleting data we will reasonably verify that the request comes from the data subject or an authorized representative, for example through a reply from the account email or a confirmation from the clinic.

5. How the request is handled

• We confirm receipt of the request.
• We verify the identity and locate the data.
• We delete the applicable data in PULSO's systems.
• We inform you of the outcome through the contact method provided.

6. Data of a clinic's patients

When the data belongs to a clinic acting as controller (for example, if you are a patient), PULSO will inform the clinic and act according to its instructions. Data in the clinical record held in the clinic's practice management software (for example, Dentalink) must be requested directly from the clinic.

7. Data that may be retained

We may retain data where an applicable legal obligation requires it, or the minimum information needed to show that the request was handled.

8. Data obtained from Meta

The advertising metrics PULSO obtains from the Meta Marketing API are aggregated data of clinics' ad accounts. A clinic may withdraw the authorization of its assets in Meta at any time and request deletion of the history at contacto@getpulso.link.
