PULSO Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of PULSO by the clinics that subscribe to it and by the people they authorize.

Effective October 22, 2026

1. Service provider

PULSO is provided by Agencia de Desarrollo y Publicidad Integral SpA (RUT 78.416.593-0), with its address at General Jofre 369, Chile ("PULSO", "we" or "us").

Contact: contacto@getpulso.link.

2. What PULSO is

PULSO is a software-as-a-service platform for clinics that, depending on the modules and integrations each clinic enables, allows it to:

  • manage WhatsApp conversations with patients and hand them over to the clinic's team;
  • use an artificial-intelligence assistant that suggests or sends replies according to the clinic's settings;
  • look up and, when the clinic enables it, record appointments and patient files in its practice management software (for example, Dentalink);
  • measure the relationship between advertising campaigns, conversations, appointments and payments through analytics and attribution.

PULSO does not provide clinical services, does not make diagnoses and does not replace the judgment of healthcare professionals.

3. Accounts and authorized users

The subscribing clinic is responsible for designating the people who access its workspace, assigning their roles and removing access when appropriate.

Each user must keep their credentials confidential and promptly report any unauthorized use. Actions taken with an account are deemed to be taken by its holder.

4. Clinic responsibilities

  • Having a valid legal basis to process its patients' data and to contact them via WhatsApp, including any consents required by applicable law.
  • Reviewing and keeping up to date the information it publishes in PULSO (prices, opening hours, addresses, services, policies), which the assistant uses to reply.
  • Supervising the use of the AI assistant and making human support available when appropriate.
  • Complying with the terms of the third-party services it connects (Meta, WhatsApp, Dentalink and others).
  • Not using PULSO to send unsolicited communications or unlawful or misleading content.

5. Third-party integrations

PULSO operates connected to third-party services, whose terms and availability do not depend on PULSO:

  • Meta Platforms: WhatsApp Business (messaging) and the Meta Marketing API, which PULSO uses in read-only mode to obtain advertising metrics for accounts the clinic has expressly authorized;
  • a messaging provider that connects PULSO to WhatsApp Business;
  • Dentalink or another practice management system used by the clinic;
  • artificial-intelligence model providers;
  • cloud infrastructure and transactional email providers.

PULSO does not create, edit, pause or delete the clinic's advertising campaigns. Meta Ads connections are configured by PULSO from the assets the clinic shares and authorizes; the clinic may withdraw that authorization at any time from Meta.

6. Artificial intelligence and its limitations

The assistant generates automatic replies based on the information the clinic publishes and on the context of the conversation. Replies may contain errors or omissions.

The clinic decides whether the assistant only suggests replies or replies directly, and may turn it off at any time. The assistant does not provide diagnoses or clinical instructions; clinical or urgent inquiries must be handled by the clinic's staff.

7. Clinical care and professional decisions

Clinical, commercial and patient-care decisions are the sole responsibility of the clinic and its professionals. PULSO's metrics and attribution are analysis tools and do not guarantee results.

8. Service availability

PULSO endeavors to keep the service available, but it may experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or the unavailability of third-party services. These terms do not establish guaranteed service levels unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. Security and acceptable use

It is prohibited to attempt to access other clinics' data, circumvent access controls, run unauthorized load or security tests, introduce malicious code or use PULSO in a way that affects other users.

PULSO applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The PULSO software, design and brand belong to their owner. The clinic retains ownership of its data and of the content it publishes, and grants PULSO the authorization needed to process them solely to provide the service.

11. Suspension and termination

PULSO may suspend access in the event of serious breaches of these terms, security risks or requests from a competent authority, informing the clinic where possible.

The clinic may stop using the service as commercially agreed. The handling of data at the end of the service is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the clinic's instructions.

12. Changes to these terms

PULSO may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to clinics with reasonable notice. The effective date appears at the top of this document.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile. This clause is subject to legal review.
